 Brief Introduction We produce such machine knives and industrial knives as paper cutting knives, wood cutting knives, paper-make mechanical knives, punching/plastic cutting knives, match/cigarette mechanical knives and other mechanical knives. Normally there are two kinds of materials for knives that we produce: 1. Inlaid Alloy Steel--with following features: --After hot rolling with high compressing ratio, the crystallinity of cutting edge steel will be finer, and more capable to avoid cutting edge broken. --There is no transmit area between cutting edge and body of knife. --Tolerance could meet OEM's requirements for cutting machines. 2. High Speed Steel--with following advantages --Blanks are imported --Especially suitable for cutting the paper with high basis weight --Low cost and high performance, the running life is 5 times of that of standard steel upon once grinding. --Reduce much downtime of users. --Higher cutting quality, very smooth cutting surface. --Very straight cutting edge All the key equipments for machining and heat-treating in our co. are introduced from foreign countries, including the knife cutting edge grinders with 6 meters long from Japan, CNC milling and drilling machines from United States, special quench press to avoid deformation during heat-treatment from Germany.
